Any personal information given to victoreboutique.com will be protected. Your information will not be disclosed to any third parties, and will benefit from up-to-date firewall and encryption techniques during your ordering process. We do not store your credit card information at any time.

Changes to your order can be made by sending changes to us via our contact form. Changes can only be made before your order is processed, after which point no changes can be made.

We accept Visa, Mastercard and Paypal forms of payment. Our shopping cart is set up through Paypal (you do not need a Paypal account to pay with a credit card through Paypal).

Sales mailed to the province of Ontario will be charged Provincial tax (8%) and Canadian (5%) sales tax. Sales mailed elsewhere in Canada will be charged 5% sales tax. Sales mailed to the US or internationally will not be charged taxes.

All domestic orders are shipped through Canada Post Regular Parcel with delivery confirmation, and should be arriving within 10 days. US orders will be shipped Commercial Expedited Parcel USA with delivery confirmation and should be arriving within 2 weeks. We do not ship internationally. Special exceptions can be made, please e-mail us to discuss international shipments. International orders will arrive in 2-3 weeks. Please contact us for express shipping rates. Shipping rates for Canada are 15$, with 3$ for each additional item. US shipping rates are 25$, with 3$ for each additional item. International rates are 35$ with 3$ for each additional item. All shipments are made from Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. Once your order has been shipped, you will be contacted with a tracking number, whenever possible.

For jewellery the cost to ship is $5.00 in Canada (or $2.00 if you are buying multiple pieces from the webstore). International shipping cost for jewellery is $10.00 (or $5.00 if you are buying multiple pieces from the webstore).

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars.

Please note that US and international customers are responsible for all duties, taxes and brokerage fees upon delivery.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt. Item must be returned with all original tags attached, unwashed, and unaltered. All sale items or purchases made during a promotional discount are final sale. Shipping costs will not be refunded. We reserve the right to deny credits if the goods do not meet the return policy requirements. Returns can be made by filling out our contact form.

We do not accept responsibility for any items lost or damaged in transit. We will not offer reimbursement or compensation for lost or damaged packages.
